Just an update on what I'm working on!
Theatre, Theatre, Rock, Art, Games
Theatre, Theatre, Rock, Art, Games
Theatre! In the last month, Thomas Ingram and I have been creating visuals for Sean Whelan's beautiful piece of theatre ALL THE ANIMALS WE ATE, co-directed by James Tresise and showing at North Melbourne Town Hall from September 18-25. This is the first time Thom and I have worked with Sean's team and we are loving it! |
Scoring theatre! I have known Georgia Symons for quite some time, and finally we get to work together. MEET ME FOR MEANING is at La Mama Theatre from August 28-30. A beautiful play written by Harley Hefford and directed by Georgia Symons. |
Thomas Ingram and I exhibited our Terraphone at Arts Centre Melbourne's Channel for Open House Melbourne. There were over 300 people a day coming through, and we have gotten nothing but great feedback! The same work has also been a part of the Maldive Exodus Caravan tour through Poland and England, curated by Søren Dahlgaard. |
Thomas Ingram and I worked on live audio-reactive visuals for Charlie Marshal's SUBLIME science rock concert. Each band member controlled different parts of our Hadron Collider, radio and magnetic waves, our Pale Blue Dot, evolving robots and more. This show will be happening again at the Flying Saucer Club on November 7. We had a full house at the Spotted Mallard, so stay tuned for ticket release dates. |
Very exciting times. I'm almost finished my Grad Cert in Community Arts Engagement, which has encouraged me to think more about online communities and digital artistic collaboration. I'm working on a couple of games, some of my own musical projects, and guest lecturing around Melbourne. As always you can check up on me at my website or on Twitter.
